Clerk manages NeonQuanta accounts. Stripe Checkout handles subscription billing with card and Link payment options where available. Billing is currently in sandbox mode. Live payments and strategy downloads are closed.
1. Monthly and annual amounts
The pricing page shows proposed USD amounts. A monthly plan charges the monthly amount for each recurring monthly period. An annual plan charges ten times the monthly amount upfront for each recurring year. The displayed monthly equivalent for an annual plan is a comparison only; it is not an installment plan. Applicable taxes and any mandatory fees must be disclosed at checkout before payment.
2. Renewal and authorization
A live checkout must clearly identify the products, amount, interval, tax handling, renewal, cancellation path, and applicable policies, and obtain affirmative consent. Plans would renew until canceled. Renewal dates and amounts should be available in the customer’s NeonQuanta billing portal. No trial converting to payment, hidden add-on, or undisclosed recurring charge is proposed here.
3. How to cancel
Open the membership controls linked to your NeonQuanta billing record and cancel the upcoming renewal before its scheduled billing time. Keep the confirmation. If a control fails, contact the seller using the published support details promptly and retain evidence. Applicable legal and platform rights remain in effect.
Closing the website, deleting a strategy, uninstalling NinjaTrader, clearing local storage, or ceasing to trade does not itself cancel a paid membership. Cancellation normally leaves access through the paid period without refunding it, subject to applicable rights.
4. Bundle selection and changes
A custom stack consists of the selected named Core engines and its stated number of slots. The proposed substitution policy is one engine-selection change window every 30 days after activation, subject to release availability and a safe entitlement transition. This is a proposal that must be finalized in the live order.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, additions, credits, effective dates, and any proration must be shown before accepting the change. This preview does not implement automatic proration or charge changes. A planned bundle cannot silently add an expansion charge.
5. Future releases and pricing changes
Core Collection covers its named Core products, as released. It is not lifetime access and does not automatically include MSB, Fish, future tools, or all later product families. Future products can have separate subscriptions or expressly named bundles. A material price change applies only to future renewals after the required notice and opportunity to cancel.
6. Failed payments and access
A failed renewal can end or restrict access according to the final offer and verified Stripe subscription state. Retry or grace arrangements must be disclosed rather than assumed. License expiry must preserve management of existing tracked positions and protective orders as described in the license. Continuing a trade safely does not authorize new risk-increasing entries after expiry.
7. Refunds and support
All sales are ordinarily final. Duplicate/unauthorized billing, non-delivery, defects, applicable consumer rights, and platform remedies are handled according to the full refund policy. The legal operator and functioning support contact are required before checkout opens. Product, membership, and transaction references help resolve a billing issue; never send card numbers, passwords, or broker credentials.
PayPal sandbox billing
PayPal becomes available only after its sandbox setup is complete. Monthly and annual subscriptions charge the selected recurring amount until canceled. Manage an approved PayPal subscription from My account using Cancel PayPal renewal. PayPal billing is separate from the Stripe billing portal. A one-time purchase does not renew and includes only the access period expressly stated in its offer. No one-time offers are currently configured. Sandbox payments never grant software access or a license.
