Proposed policy: digital software subscriptions are final once purchased. We do not offer discretionary money-back guarantees, change-of-mind refunds, or refunds based on trading results. This policy never excludes refunds, cancellation rights, or remedies required by applicable law or applicable Stripe policies.
1. The rule and its limits
The proposed price pays for the specified membership period and licensed product scope, not a profitable outcome. Unless an applicable legal or platform entitlement requires otherwise, initial purchases, renewals, annual payments, upgrades, and paid add-ons are not refundable after purchase. No paid product or refund policy takes effect in this design preview; checkout is closed.
Before a real order, the final operator, product availability, included releases, requirements, price, taxes, billing interval, and policy version must be disclosed. An operator cannot use an “all sales final” statement to avoid delivering what was sold or complying with mandatory consumer protections.
2. Reasons that do not ordinarily qualify
- Changing your mind, not installing the product, or using it less than expected.
- Forgetting to cancel before a clearly disclosed renewal.
- Trading losses, disappointing results, a preferred win rate not being achieved, or no qualifying signals when the product behaves as described.
- Prop-firm evaluation failure, an account restriction, or a denied payout.
- Incompatibility with a requirement that was clearly disclosed before purchase, or a third-party change outside the promised support scope.
- Buying overlapping engines or later preferring a different plan.
These examples do not override misdescription, defects, unauthorized billing, non-delivery, mandatory remedies, or a valid platform decision. A consumer’s failure to click a download is not, by itself, proof that a legal withdrawal right was lost.
3. Cancellation is different from a refund
Cancel future renewal through the membership controls in your NeonQuanta billing portal before the next billing time shown there. Subject to lawful restrictions and the final terms, cancellation ordinarily leaves access until the end of the already paid period. It does not automatically refund that period or create a prorated credit. Deleting local software, closing the website, or sending an unreceived message does not reliably cancel billing.
Annual billing is one upfront payment for the annual period. The monthly-equivalent display is a comparison, not monthly installments. Midyear cancellation ordinarily stops the next annual renewal without returning unused months, except where law or applicable platform rules require a different result.
4. Billing errors, non-delivery, and defective supply
Contact the seller through the order’s support channel if you believe there was a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a materially misdescribed product, a failure to deliver purchased access, or a defect covered by law or the final offer. We will review the evidence and provide the legally or contractually required remedy. Depending on the applicable rule, that remedy can include correction, access restoration, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or refund.
Do not buy a product marked unavailable in expectation of access unless a separate pre-order offer expressly states its delivery and cancellation terms. This preview accepts no pre-orders.
5. Consumer withdrawal and digital supply
Some jurisdictions provide cooling-off or withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Exceptions for digital content or services depend on the actual product, supply status, disclosures, and valid consents; they are not created by simply writing “no refunds.” Where legally appropriate, a real checkout must separately request consent to immediate digital supply and any legally relevant acknowledgment about withdrawal rights, and provide the required confirmation.
Do not assume that rules for a completed digital download automatically apply to an ongoing software service or subscription. Mandatory conformity, unfair-contract, and other consumer remedies remain available where applicable. Territory-specific terms must be reviewed before sales open in those territories.
6. How to raise an issue
Use the seller contact disclosed in your final order. The billing portal manages invoices and cancellation; it is not a support inbox. Include your membership/order reference, product name, charge date and amount, a concise description, and relevant error messages. For technical issues, include the supported platform version and sanitized logs. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or brokerage credentials.
Report the issue as soon as practical. No suggested support timeline shortens a mandatory legal period or a Stripe dispute deadline. The actual seller contact and operator details must be supplied before checkout opens.
7. Stripe and payment disputes
Stripe, payment providers, and card networks can apply their own review procedures and remedies. This seller policy does not prevent a good-faith dispute, remove a valid statutory right, require a customer to make false statements, or guarantee that a payment processor will deny a refund. Stripe’s applicable terms and final determinations operate according to their scope.
When a refund or membership reversal occurs, software access may change according to the final license terms. The planned implementation must preserve management of existing positions and protective orders; billing status must not be used to create an unsafe trading interruption.
8. Acceptance and updates
The policy version shown before a purchase governs that purchase subject to applicable law. A material change will not retroactively remove an accrued right. Review billing and cancellation, the software license, and risk disclosure together.
PayPal payments
The seller refund policy does not remove mandatory legal rights or applicable PayPal remedies. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and does not by itself refund a paid period. PayPal sandbox records are tests and are not real purchases.
