Futures, options on futures, and other leveraged instruments can cause substantial losses, including more than your initial investment. Only use capital you can afford to lose without affecting essential living expenses or financial obligations.
1. Software access is not a financial outcome
A subscription supplies the specific software access and support described in the final offer. It does not promise profits, capital preservation, any win rate, minimum trade count, evaluation pass, funded-account approval, or payouts. More expensive plans and larger bundles do not improve an engine’s expected profitability by themselves.
2. Leverage, execution, and open positions
Small market movements can create disproportionately large gains or losses. Stops, daily limits, and other controls cannot guarantee a maximum loss. Gaps, volatility, exchange limits, liquidity shortages, routing failures, and slippage can produce worse fills or prevent an order from executing. Margin calls and forced liquidation can occur independently of the strategy.
An entry may fill in parts. A cancel request may arrive after a fill. A broker or platform may reject an order or modification. Monitor positions and working orders, understand manual flattening and protective-order procedures, and follow your broker’s recovery instructions. Never assume an on-screen software state proves an order is held at the exchange.
3. Technology and data risks
Software defects, clock and time-zone errors, configuration mistakes, stale or missing quotes, incorrect symbols, data-feed differences, disconnections, exchange outages, device failures, and platform updates can change behavior. A strategy can behave differently across instruments, contract months, chart aggregations, trading-hour templates, replay modes, or historical fill settings.
The website is not the execution platform. Proposed Core products run in a separately installed NinjaTrader environment. The customer supplies authorized data, brokerage or simulator access, platform subscriptions, and a suitable computer. No broker or platform endorsement is implied.
4. Research, hypothetical results, and live results
Backtests, optimizations, market replay, paper trading, and simulated forward tests are hypothetical. They can benefit from hindsight, selection, favorable assumptions, or unrealistic fill availability. They cannot fully reproduce the financial risk, behavior, costs, liquidity, or execution of actual trading. Historical and hypothetical performance do not reliably predict future results.
This site makes no live-customer performance claim and displays no performance chart as a sales promise. Most default Core configurations lost money in stored tick research; some produced no trades. Other configurations were selected after searches and need independent validation. A research status is not an approval for live use.
If numerical results are later published, review their exact product version, preset, instrument, date range, trade count, commissions, fees, slippage, drawdown, concentration, and limitations. Required regulatory disclosures must be assessed for the actual operator and sales model before publication.
5. Bundles and correlated risk
Different names can share rules, instruments, timing, or economic exposure. Ember and Ember Array share a signal family. Multiple engines can enter related positions simultaneously or place competing orders in one account. A bundle is a license grouping, not portfolio construction or a diversification recommendation. Account and aggregate exposure limits remain your responsibility.
6. Prop firms, brokers, and third parties
Evaluation and funded-account programs can restrict automation, news trading, copying, position size, devices, and strategies. Terms can change. No software purchase guarantees compliance, an evaluation pass, continued access, or a payout. Confirm the applicable rules directly with the provider. Third-party fees and account losses are not included in the subscription price.
7. No personal suitability assessment
This preview does not assess your finances, experience, goals, tax position, or suitability. It supplies no individualized investment recommendation, brokerage, account management, or execution service. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. The eventual operator must assess any registration, exemption, or disclosure requirements that apply to the actual service; a disclaimer alone does not establish an exemption.
8. Before any permitted live use
- Read the final version-specific requirements and release notes.
- Confirm rights and permissions for the platform, data, instrument, and account.
- Test in simulation and verify protective orders, partial fills, rejections, reconnects, and restarts.
- Use appropriate size, sufficient margin, monitoring, and a manual recovery plan.
- Do not trade merely to recover losses or meet a subscription cost.
Read the refund policy and terms before any purchase. Legal and regulatory review of the final launch remains pending.
